Geshe Pema Dorjee will give a 90 minute talk entitled "How to Overcome Destructive Emotions" here at Tushita at 4pm on Monday August 20th 2012. 
Geshe Pema Dorjee has been the Principal of the Tibetan Children’s Village School, the School of Buddhist Dialectics and is currently the Director of the Bodong Research and Publication Centre, all based in Dharamsala. He is deeply involved in the organization and development of educational institutions in the Tibetan refugee community in India and Nepal. Throughout his career, he has continued advanced studies in Buddhist philosophy, and in 1995 he earned the Geshe degree, the highest degree that can be earned in Tibetan Buddhism.
Geshe Pema Dorjee is one of the few teachers with a Geshe degree who is fluent in English, and he has taught extensively in Europe, the USA and Israel.
