Our dear friend and esteemed guest teacher Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo very graciously gave a public talk here at Tushita on Friday June 1st 2012.

This 2-hour talk was entitled "Thinking Outside the Box" (definition: “To think differently, unconventionally, or from a new perspective”).

These four teachings were given over 2 days here at Tushita in July 2011. Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo gave teachings, but also spent an almost equal amount of time leading meditations based on Shamatha (Calm Abiding) and the Four Immeasurables of Loving Kindness, Compassion, Empathetic Joy and Equanimity. These four recordings could make an excellent basis for a short personal retreat.
