The Mountain Cleaners are a group of volunteers who formed in 2009. Whether you are in Dharamasala for a short visit or for a longer period of time, they are always looking for volunteers for each of their three weekly cleanups on organised group day hikes. They are dedicated environmentalists who are committed to cleaning up India, little by little through a combination of direct action, liaison and awareness raising.
