FACILITIES

Our facilities at Tushita include:

• Two inspiring meditation halls in a beautiful forest setting
• Excellent library (books, videos and audio teachings) and bookshop
• Daily needs shop (toiletries, stationary, snacks, etc.)
• Laundry service

There is an inexpensive, good quality laundry service available at Tushita. Because of the water shortage in this area at all/any time of year we ask course participants not to do their own laundry (except underwear and socks).

Phone, fax and email are available in local shops in the nearby village of Dharamkot (a 5 min walk away) or McLeod Ganj (a 15 to 20 min walk). As noted in the course/retreat discipline, we ask course/retreat participants not to leave Tushita property for the entire course/retreat, so please settle all travel arrangements, emails, calls etc BEFORE you come to Tushita.
