We've put a lot of work into making this website user-friendly and keeping it updated, so that information about Tushita is easily accessible and available at your fingertips!
Given that we recieve a very high volume of emails, are often short-staffed, and our location on a Himalayan hillside means we're under pressure from electricity cuts/internet connection problems etc, we'd be enormously grateful if you'd use the website as your first source of information.

So, before you call us or send us a message,
here are some ways you can find out if your question is already answered on our website:

• As well as the "Main Menu" to the left, you can also see our Frequently Asked Questions page or use the SEARCH function in the top right corner.

• Our FULL schedule/calendar of courses, retreats and events (regularly updated and constantly maintained) can be seen here. The only courses we have scheduled are those that you can see on this page, so if a course date is not listed here, it's because there isn't one! Please use this online schedule as your first information source rather than contacting us directly for course dates. All registration forms for our courses can be accessed through the "Quick Links" menu to the left.

• Please don't write just to ask if there is space on a course, there almost certainly will be and you'll save time by just sending us the relevant registration form, which can be found here.

Of course, we do have a physical address (see below), but mailing things to us should be avoided if at all possible. The postal service here is very unreliable and delivery is not guaranteed, certainly within a definite timeframe (days, weeks, months...!). Students who plan to join our courses are especially requested NOT to use us a a poste restante! Many thanks for your understanding.
